Resident cited for growing marijuana

A Campbellsville man has been cited for growing marijuana.

Kentucky State Police troopers cited Steven B. Edrington, 46, of 2403 Moss Road, at 4:47 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 7.

According to Edrington's citation, KSP received an anonymous tip that he was growing marijuana at his home.

Court records state that two KSP detectives allegedly found a marijuana plant near a hay bail on the property that was enclosed by an electric fence. An aerial surveillance was called in, the citation states, and three other marijuana plants were found near the home.
