Campbellsville Schools/Calen McKinney
Campbellsville Middle School downed Taylor County 56-55 in three overtimes on Monday to claim the Central Kentucky Middle School Athletic Conference eighth-grade tournament. CMS downed Metcalfe County and Russell County to make the finals while the Cardinals conquered Adair County and Casey County. Malachi Corley’s three-pointer was the game-winner.
CMS 8th, TCMS 7th claim CKMSAC titles

 

Titles went to Campbellsville's eighth graders and Taylor County's eighth graders as the champions were crowned in the Central Kentucky Middle School Athletic Conference Tournament title games.

Each squad edged their cross-town rivals for the championship.
