John “J.B” Holmes plans on beginning his seventh season on the PGA TOUR on Jan. 26 at the Farmers Insurance Open in Torrey Pines, Calif.
“My swing looks good,” Holmes told Sean Martin in a recent GolfWeek issue. “It’s just slower. I need to build those muscles again and get my speed back,” Holmes said. “The more I play, the stronger I get.”
Holmes has played only a few rounds, since his surgery for Chiari malformation, those being at his home course of Isleworth Country Club in Windermere, Fla.
