An Elk Horn man has been arrested and charged with making methamphetamine.
Samuel L. Trulock, 28, of 747 Dry Creek Road, was arrested Friday, May 31, at 12:19 a.m.
According to Trulock's arrest warrant, he allegedly had the equipment and materials in his vehicle on Jan. 14 and intended to use them to make meth.
Trulock was charged with making meth and buy/possession of drug supplies.
Taylor County Sheriff's Deputy Mark Dickens investigated.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges in Taylor District Court on Monday, June 3.
