  • CHS students named state runners-up in cyber defense

     

    Students from across Kentucky were in Lexington recently to demonstrate their technology achievement during the eighth annual Student Technology Leadership Program state championship on Thursday, March 28. Several Campbellsville High School students were honored.

    The STLP State Championship provides a venue that combines content with technology, problem-solving and innovation.

    Student projects demonstrate how STLP members are making an impact on student learning and their communities.

  • CU sets record enrollment for spring 2013

    Campbellsville University had a record spring semester enrollment of 3,318 students, according to an announcement from Dr. Michael V. Carter, president.

    The total enrollment, up from 3,226 in spring 2012, includes 2,822 undergraduate students and 496 graduate students.

  • Becoming a success

     

    I, Stormy Lachowicz, have been working toward my GED for close to seven months now. I finally passed my GED test Dec. 6, 2012, and couldn't be more proud of myself.

    I could have graduated high school if I hadn't gotten married at the age of 17. After I got married, I moved to Taylor County School District. With me attending Campbellsville High School, my husband wouldn't take me back and forth to school every day.
