Five Campbellsville residents were in indicted in Marion County on Monday, Feb. 18. They are:
- Anna Cox, 37, of 710 High Pine Apt. #14 was indicted for second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and being a first-degree persistent felony offender.
According to the indictment, on Oct. 27, 2007, Cox had in her possession a check on the account of another person, knowing that it had been forged. The indictment also reads that Cox was over 21 and has been convicted of at least two prior felonies after her 18th birthday.
Her bond was set at $1,000.
