A Campbellsville man has been indicted on a charge of receiving more than $500 in stolen property in an indictment recently unsealed by a Taylor Circuit Court judge.
A grand jury may seal an indictment if there is a possibility that the accused will try to evade police.
If convicted, John Roution, 26, of 365 Sharon Drive, faces as much as five years in prison.
Bond was set at $2,000 cash and he was ordered to not have contact with the alleged victim.
• An indictment is a legal accusation only. It does not establish guilt.
