Records filed by Taylor Circuit Court Judge Alan Bertram on Sept. 25:

The Taylor County Sheriff's Office recently released its December activity report.

The report includes 20 cases opened, 99 criminal arrests, 28 traffic collisions worked, two injury collisions worked, 92 arrest warrants served, 133 civil papers served, 27 citations issued, three DUI arrests, 530 complaints answered, 74 vehicles inspected, 1,324 hours worked and 11,443 miles driven.

Evictions

• 13-C-002, filed 1/7/13; R&J Properties of East Maple Street in Campbellsville v. Carrie Shelton of Elmhurst Drive in Campbellsville. Eviction notice served 1/16/13.

Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of U.S. 68 and London Drive on Thursday.

According to a Campbellsville Police Department report, officers responded to the crash at 1:57 p.m.

The report states that Joseph Lyon, 48, of Lebanon, was driving a 1997 Chevrolet west on U.S. 68 when Shirley Murphy, 69, of Campbellsville, who was driving a 2013 Kia Sorrento, pulled into his path from London Drive.
