A Campbellsville man has been arrested and charged with falsifying unemployment benefits paperwork and receiving more than $5,000 to which he wasn't entitled.
James R. Hare, 52, of 627 Spears Road, was arrested Sunday, Feb. 10, at 5:19 p.m.
According to Hare's arrest warrant, he allegedly made false statements to prevent a reduction in his employment benefits between Nov. 14, 2009, and March 20, 2010.
The warrant states that Hare received $5,408 in insurance benefits that he shouldn't have.
