Taylor Circuit Court Judge Dan Kelly's Jan. 22 docket:

A man was injured in a two-vehicle crash on Tabernacle Road on Monday.

According to a Taylor County Sheriff's Office report, Aaron Richerson, 19, of Campbellsville, was driving a 2005 Chevrolet at the intersection of U.S. 68 and Tabernacle Road at 8:30 a.m.

The report states that Richerson pulled into the path of a 2008 Kia driven by George Porter, 49, no address given.

Campbellsville/Taylor County EMS transported Porter to Taylor Regional Hospital for treatment. He was treated and released.

Richerson refused treatment.

A Kentucky State Police trooper on patrol last Friday helped an unresponsive 7-year-old girl by giving her CPR.

According to a KSP news release, at 3:15 p.m. Casey Wethington was on patrol in the Speck Ridge Road area when a female stopped him.

The woman told Wethington that her 7-year-old daughter was in her car, had a seizure and wasn't breathing.

The report states that Wethington radioed to Post 15 dispatch for an ambulance. He pulled the child from the car and began CPR, continuing until EMS personnel arrived.

Two Campbellsville residents were injured Saturday, Feb. 2, in a two-vehicle crash on U.S. 68 eight miles west of Lebanon.

According to a Kentucky State Police news release, James K. Fox, 81, of Springfield, was traveling west on U.S. 68 in a 2003 Chrysler Van when he rear ended a 2006 Ford driven by Janice Mattingly, 52, of Campbellsville.

The report states that Mattingly was westbound and stopped in traffic attempting to make a left turn.
