On the Record

A Campbellsville woman has been arrested and charged with her third DUI offense.

Lisa Lynn Burton, 51, of 302 Beechwood Drive, was arrested at 6:42 p.m. on May 19.

According to her arrest citation, Campbellsville Police Officer Bart Gilpin noticed Burton weaving back and forth in the road and making a sharp turn as she drove on Lebanon Avenue.

Court records state that Gilpin initiated the lights on his cruiser to stop Burton's vehicle and she sped away instead. She stopped, records state, after Gilpin activated his siren.
