A Campbellsville man was treated for injuries following a two-vehicle crash Thursday near Lebanon.
According to a Kentucky State Police report, Samuel Wheatley, 35, of Lebanon was attempting to turn from U.S. 68 into a parking lot when his 1988 Chevy was struck in the rear by a 2000 Hyundai, driven by Kenneth Mitchell, 59, of Campbellsville.
Wheatley and his passenger, Chad Spalding, 36, of Lebanon were not injured. Both men were wearing seat belts.
Mitchell, who was not belted, was transported to Springview Hospital in Lebanon, where he was treated and released.
