Board members for the Homeplace on Green River know that turnout for events held at the 220-acre farm along Highway 55 is heavily dependent on weather.
The weather could not have been much better for Plow Days at the Homeplace last Saturday.
Temperatures were a little cool earlier in the morning, but remained in the mid-60s for the majority of the day, and with hardly a cloud in sight, it made for an excellent day for plow demonstrations, food, music, and a wide array of arts and craft vendors and demonstrators.
