  • Cox-Neal

    Dawn K. Cox and Bryan David Neal, both of Campbellsville, will exchange wedding vows on Saturday, March 15.

    Cox is the daughter of Alice Kay Nicolet and Paul Leroy Trout. Her step-parents are Jonita Trout and David Nicolet.

    She is the owner of Dawn's Childcare in Campbellsville.

    Neal is the son of the late Juanita and the Rev. Kermit Neal.

    He is employed at Ernie's Carpets in Campbellsville.

  • Moss Kids Corner

    Jacob Keith Moss is the 2-year-old son of Keith and Crystal Moss of Summersville. His grandparents are Bo Grant and Janice Grant, both of Campbellsville, and Roger and Vickie Moss of Summersville. Great-grandparents are Stanley Grant of Oklahoma City, Okla., Charles and Lillie Lobb and Mary Moss, all of Summersville, and the late Wanda Newton, Lee Roy and Florence Sallee and Harlan Moss.

  • Smith

    Frank Page and Nell Tapscott Smith will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary on March 6.

    The Smiths were married on March 6, 1943, by the Rev. F.A. Sanders. They have one son and daughter-in-law, Ray and Judy Smith; and one daughter and son-in-law, Jan and Mitch Feese.

    They also have four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

  • Brockman reports for Marine duty

    Marine Corps Pfc. Travis A. Brockman recently reported for duty with Marine Air Control Squadron Four at Marine Corps Air Station in Iwakuni, Japan.

    He is the son of Janet L. Edwards and Frank O. Brockman, both of Campbellsville.

    Brockman is a 2007 graduate of Campbellsville High School.

  • Boyd-Gaskins

    Jessica Boyd and Jonathan Gaskins will exchange wedding vows on Thursday, Feb. 28.

    Boyd is the daughter of Brian Boyd of Dunmor and Teresa Bright of Campbellsville.

    Gaskins is the son of Amos and Carolyn Gaskins of Columbia.

    The wedding ceremony will be at 1 p.m. at Tabernacle Christian Church. A reception will follow at the church.

    No invitations will be sent. All friends and relatives are invited to attend.

    Faced with countless resources on pregnancy and baby health, expectant moms - initially overjoyed - can be left feeling overwhelmed.

    Now the March of Dimes makes it easier than ever for moms to get the information they need.

    "Moms today want reliable information about pregnancy and baby health in the most convenient way possible," said Dr. Jennifer L. Howse, president of March of Dimes. "Instead of sifting through books, magazines and Web sites, we hope moms will come to the March of Dimes first for their pregnancy and baby health needs.

  • French-Willis

    Tara Nicole French of Campbellsville and Jonathon Lee Willis of Greensburg will exchange wedding vows on Saturday, March 8.

    French is the daughter of Margaret French and Jay French, both of Campbellsville. Her grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert D. Hall.

    She is a 2006 graduate of Taylor County High School and is currently a radiology student at St. Catharine College in Springfield.

  • Rattliff earns Eagle Scout ranking

    Cameron Rattliff recently completed merit badges and projects to earn his Eagle Scout ranking.

    Rattliff, who lives in Louisville, is the son of Brian and Beth Rattliff of Louisville and the grandson of Jewell and Herman Rattliff of Campbellsville.

    Rattliff began scouting at age 6 when he became a Tiger Cub at Walden Pack 118. He steadily progressed through the Cub Scout ranks, earning the Arrow of Light in March 2001. He then joined Troop 30 and became a member of the Fox Patrol where he has remained throughout his scouting career.

  • Scott, Sharpe honored with wedding shower

    Jessica Scott and Tyler Sharpe were honored with a wedding shower on Feb. 10 at Fry Baptist Church. Their son, Briley, is also pictured.

  • Squires-Jiniya

    Summer Starre Squires and Damond Michael Jiniya, both of Nashville, Tenn., will exchange wedding vows on Saturday, Feb. 23.

    Squires is the daughter of Donna Sawyers of Albany, Ky., and Dewayne Squires of Campbellsville. Her grandparents are Jewell Squires and Elwood Squires of Campbellsville.

    She is a 2000 graduate of Campbellsville High School and attended Campbellsville University and Eastern Kentucky University. She is currently attending the New York Institute of Photography.
