Milestones

Phoebe Ann Dewar and Dwaron O'Neil Williams, both of Campbellsville, will exchange wedding vows on Saturday, Dec. 29.

Dewar is the daughter of James Alan Dewar and Kimberly Louise Dewar, both of Frederick, Md. Her grandparents are Robert and Carol Kidwell of Delaware, Alan Hare Dewar of Pennsylvania and the late Georgia McCormic.

She is a December 2007 graduate of Campbellsville University's Carver School of Social Work.

Connor Reece Wilhoit celebrated his third birthday with a party at Sport Spot. Celebrating with him were Mia Blaydes, Charles Cox, Ava Laymance, Kayden Bell, Braxton Smith, Truman Hall and his big brother, Anthony Wilhoit. He is the son of Kevin and Kim Wilhoit of Campbellsville. His grandparents are Lois and Winsfred Skaggs and Rose Murphy, all of Campbellsville.

Jesse Tungate celebrated his 90th birthday at The Grandview on Monday, Nov. 26. Two of his daughters and their husbands joined him, Carol Ann and Carol Perkins and Susan and Ray Parker. His granddaughter and her spouse also visited, Tina and Dennis Draper, as well as friend of the family Teresa Aldridge. They had cake and ice cream. Daughter and son-in-law Wanda and Jimmy Wright of Mt. Washington visited at another time. Daughter and son-in-law Norma and Edgar Woods of Indiana were unable to attend.

The Central Kentucky Music Teachers Association celebrated its founding 25 years ago with its annual Keyboard Festival at Campbellsville University on Nov. 17.

Eleven teachers submitted students to participate in the event, Beth Cochran, Judith Davis, Peggy Hardy, Sida Roberts, Wesley Roberts and Suellen Shaw, all of Campbellsville; Diana Aubrey of Hodgenville, Sharon Bertram of Monticello, Robert Reynolds of Columbia and Carina Tiotuico of Elizabethtown.
