    Daniela Phillips and Chris Brunelle, both of Campbellsville, will exchange wedding vows on Saturday, May 16.

    Phillips is the daughter of Ralph Phillips and Marsha and Michael Williams, all of Kutuwa, Ky.

    She is a student at Campbellsville University with plans to graduate this year. She also owns Movieland Video.

    Brunelle is the son of Carl Brunelle of New Hampshire and the late Caryl Brunelle.

    He is retired from the U.S. Army Military Police.

    Invitations to the wedding have been sent.


  • Cornettes honored with baby shower

    Jordan and Dakota Cornette were honored with a baby shower by Good Hope Baptist Church. They are expecting their first child in mid-April.

  • Caffee-Ballou

    Erin Lane Caffee and Brian Heath Ballou, both of Bowling Green, will exchange wedding vows on Saturday, April 25.

    Caffee is the daughter of Don and Elaine Caffee of Campbellsville. Her grandparents are Marine Caffee and Ayleen Williams, both of Campbellsville.

  • Hash celebrates first birthday

    Brady Len Hash celebrated his first birthday on March 9. He celebrated with his family on March 7 as well as on March 14 with two parties at his home. He is the son of Troy and Susie Hash of Campbellsville. His grandparents are Merle and Aileen Benningfield and Harlan and Nell Hash, all of Campbellsville.

  • Spradlin, Dennis honored with wedding shower

    Mary Beth Spradlin and David Dennis were honored with an open house wedding shower at the home of Leah Magers on March 29. The couple will marry on April 18 in Louisville.

  • 'Ladies Night Out'

    Women in the community had a night on the town on Feb. 26.

    More than 140 women attended the Campbellsville/Taylor County Chamber of Commerce's annual "Ladies Night Out" event.

    Those who participated were to decorate their tables according to their favorite musical. They also dressed the part and were encouraged to perform a song or skit from their choice.

    There were prizes given to the winners for best table and best talent.

  • Caffee-Ballou

    Erin Lane Caffee and Brian Heath Ballou, both of Bowling Green, will exchange wedding vows on Saturday, April 25.

    Caffee is the daughter of Don and Elaine Caffee of Campbellsville.

    She is a 2000 graduate of Taylor County High School and earned her bachelor of science degree in finance in 2004 and master of business administration in 2007 from Western Kentucky University. Caffee is employed by the City of Bowling Green as a senior staff accountant in the finance department. She is also a member of the Bowling Green Junior Woman's Club.

    McKayla Sprowles recently celebrated her 11th birthday with a sleepover. She is the daughter of Leslie Sprowles of Campbellsville and Chris Sprowles of Lexington. Pictured are, from left, front: Ariel Thompson, McKayla and Candace Gibson; in back is Caitlin Hunt.

  • Birth Announcements

    Kasey and Tara Sanders of Campbellsville announce the birth of a son, Teagan Adam, at 2:47 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 14 at Norton Hospital in Louisville. He weighed 4 pounds, 10 ounces and was 18 inches long.

    Grandparents are Richard and Darlene Britton and Kathy Bell, all of Campbellsville, Chris Sanders of Georgetown and the late Jeff Bell.

    Great-grandparents are John and Helen Mattingly of Calvary, Geneva Sidebottom of Campbellsville, Charles and Phyliss Sanders of Georgetown and the late Jack and Dotty Thomas and Thomas Sidebottom.
