Pleasant Run Baptist Church will observe its annual homecoming and 120th anniversary on Sunday.

Farrah Sullivan McLean knew when she was nearing the end of her high school career that she wanted to coach. Now, after only two seasons as an assistant at Elizabethtown, McLean said of her appointment as Taylor County High School's next head girls' basketball coach, "I didn't think I'd get a chance this soon."

Ruby McMahan, a resident of Jackson Tower in Campbellsville, has made two pinafores and three children's dresses for the Hiestand House Museum.

Jessica Martion, the 7-year old granddaughter of Bobby and Linda Martion of Merrimac, was chosen as one of the finalists in the Kelly Look-Alike contest for the "Live with Regis and Kelly" show.

The 1916-1917 Campbellsville School senior class is pictured.
