Xtreme Fitness of Campbellsville and Columbia is now offering The SilverSneakers Fitness Program.

Eligible members who have select Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans can receive a basic fitness center membership with which they can enjoy specialized low-impact SilverSneakers fitness classes focusing on improving muscular strength and endurance, mobility, flexibility, range of motion, balance, agility and coordination.
