A Campbellsville woman has been arrested and charged with making meth after another woman at her home overdosed.

According to a Campbellsville Police report, officers responded, along with Campbellsville/Taylor County EMS personnel, last Wednesday to a call reporting a possible drug overdose at 207 E. Walnut St.

The report states that EMS personnel found Lori Gardner unresponsive at the home. She was treated for drug ingestion.

Officers Scotty Perian, Roy Rodgers and Bryon Simpson arrived at the home and began an investigation.

Officers found drugs and a "one step" methamphetamine lab, the report states.

The officers contacted Kentucky State Police for help to remove the lab.

Naomi Jean Jones, who lives at the East Walnut Street home, was arrested and charged with making meth, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug supplies.

She was lodged at the Taylor County Detention Center. The incident remains under investigation.
