Woman charged with fourth DUI offense

A Campbellsville woman has been charged with her fourth DUI offense after she was involved in a motor vehicle collision.

Robin Raynor, 51, of 133 Cherwood Drive was cited Thursday, April 10 at 10:08 p.m.

According to Raynor's citation, she had been involved in a motor vehicle collision and appeared confused when speaking to Kentucky State Police officers.

The citation states Raynor had an open container of alcohol in her vehicle and told officers she may have passed out while driving.

Raynor was treated at Taylor Regional Hospital. She was not arrested due to her injuries.

She was charged with DUI, her fourth or subsequent offense, having no operator's license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance and possession of open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.

Raynor pleaded not guilty to the charges in Taylor District Court on Wednesday, April 16.

Bond was set at 10 percent of $10,000 and she was ordered not to consume any alcohol or drugs. She was ordered to hire her own attorney and submit to random drug testing.

She is next scheduled to appear Wednesday for a preliminary hearing.
