Taylor Regional Hospital hosted a ribbon cutting for a community walking track on Aug. 21.
The quarter-mile track was the idea of the Taylor Regional Community Quarter Century Club. This group of team members who have been employed for 25 years or more wanted to do something worthwhile for the entire community.
Local businesses and individuals have donated more than $20,000 to complete the project. The track is open to anyone at anytime they would like to walk. Water and electricity will be installed soon.
