TRH names summer ambassador

-A A +A

Diane Wright has been named the Taylor Regional Hospital Ambassador for summer 2011.
Other nominees for the honor were Phyllis Henderson and Harrison Whitlock.
Wright was nominated by a team member, who wrote:
“Diane is a patient advocate in all she does, always putting their needs and concerns first. Since the weather adversely affects our pulmonary patients, she monitors the weather and coordinates transportation for them.
“Diane is very ‘in tune’ to the emotional needs of her patients as well. She is extremely dependable and always shows up for work with a smile on her face. Diane has been extremely helpful and positive in the transition of cardiac/pulmonary rehab to the cath lab. She has helped orient the cath lab staff to cardiac/pulmonary rehab.”
Wright is a cardiac/pulmonary rehab tech and has been a team member at TRH since 2002. She and her husband, Wendell, have a daughter, Teresa, and three granddaughters, Mallory, McKenna and Shelby. She attends Greensburg Baptist Church and enjoys painting, working in her yard and spending time with her grandchildren.
