Taylor Regional Hospital will offer a Cooper/Clayton Stop Smoking Cessation class, beginning Jan. 9.
The 12-week class will meet on Mondays from noon to 1 p.m. through March 26.
The Cooper/Clayton Method to stop smoking was developed at a major university and has proven to work in research studies and has continued to work for over 20 years. It has worked for thousands of smokers.
Classes will be at the Taylor Regional Hospital Learning & Resource Center. The classes are free, though pre-registration is required.
