Taylor County High School's boys' golf team finished 10th at the Leachman Buick-Pontiac-GMC/KHSAA Boys' State Tournament on Saturday at Bowling Green Country Club.
Coach David Parsons' Cardinals just made the cut by shooting 322 Friday (only 12 of the 25 teams advanced to day two) and moved up two spots with a 324 on Saturday.
Senior Dillon Mays paced the Cardinals with a two-day 148, which tied for 10th while Tanner Keeton tied for 53rd (160), Wade Cave and Landon Newton tied for 66th (169) and Nolan Slinker was 78th (178).
