Taylor Regional Hospital recognizes AHA Instructors of the Year

The American Heart Association Training Center at Taylor Regional Hospital recently announcecd the 2011 Instructor of the Year awards. The winners are:

•  Basic Life Support Instructor of the Year: Dr. John Mark Carter of Campbellsville University.
•  Heartsaver First Aid Instructor of the Year: Major Mike Curnutte of Campbellsville/Taylor County Rescue.
•  Pediatric Advanced Life Support Instructor of the Year: Air-Evac Lifeteam Program Director Dan Durham.
•  Advanced Cardiac Life Support Instructor of the Year: Dr. Robert Hastings of Taylor Regional Hospital.

The American Heart Association/Taylor Regional Hospital Training Center houses 132 instructors, representing approximately 25 different organizations, facilitating more than 500 advanced life saving classes and training approximately 2,500 individuals each year in South Central Kentucky.
