The Taylor County School District could borrow up to $18.2 million to put its district facilities plan in action, Joe Nance of Ross, Sinclaire & Associates told Board members at their meeting last Tuesday.
Nance said once the district is provided matching funds from the state for the recallable nickel tax Board members passed in August, it will free up an additional $6 million for bonds.
