West Virginia Tech got a slow start on Thursday against the Tigers of Campbellsville University.
However, a three-point bucket by Sam Robertson at the 15-minute mark put the Golden Bears up 9-8 and Tech never looked trailed, winning 75-59.
The Golden Bears shot well from the field with Tech shooting 44 percent for the game while holding the Tigers to a frigid 25 percent in the second half and 34 percent for the Mid-South Conference contest.
