Staed, Morris to wed

Michelle Kristen Staed of Danville and David Timothy Morris of Hustonville announce their engagement.

Staed is the daughter of Gregory and Renee Staed of Danville. Her grandparents are Roger Stephenson of Danville and the late George and June Ellene Staed.

She graduated from Boyle County High School and received bachelor's and master's degrees at Georgetown College. She was a member of the Kappa Delta sorority. She is employed as a teacher at Woodland Elementary School in Boyle County.

Morris is the son of Dennis and Frances Morris of Campbellsville. He is the grandson of the late Thurman and Hortense Watson and Thomas and Ruby Morris.

He graduated from Taylor County High School and received a bachelor's degree in business administration at Eastern Kentucky University and master of education degrees from University of Louisville, University of Kentucky and Eastern Kentucky University. He is employed as principal at Hustonville Elementary School in Lincoln County.

The ceremony will be Saturday, June 23, at 6 p.m. at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Danville. A reception will follow at the bride's parents' home.
