Shop with a Trooper

Forty children from the Post 15 service area, which includes Taylor, Washington, Marion, Green, Adair, Russell, Casey, Metcalfe, Monroe, Clinton and Cumberland counties, participated in the Shop with a Trooper program on Dec. 17.

Children in Taylor County were treated to a meal at Gatti's Pizza in Campbellsville before going shopping at Walmart.

Forty is the largest group of children to participate in the program because of an increase in giving and fundraising.

More than 20 employees from Post 15 along with members of the Post 15 Citizens Police Academy participated.
