Shively receives senior assessor certification

Chad Shively, a deputy in the Taylor County PVA Office, recently received a Senior Kentucky Assessor certification. He was one of 37 honored.

The designation is the highest that an assessor in Kentucky can achieve.

To receive the classification, Shively took several courses and passed a test that followed. He also completed classes and passed exams for finding farm values and commercial property values.

Shively has worked in the Taylor County PVA office since 2003.
