Spring Revival

Saloma Baptist Church will host a spring revival beginning Friday, April 18 at 7 p.m. and continuing through Sunday, April 20 at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m.

The Rev. Dr. Lincoln Bingham, pastor of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church in Louisville, is the evangelist for the spring revival.

Each service will feature special music and worship. A potluck meal and fellowship hour is scheduled as "community night" on Saturday, beginning at 6 p.m. in the church's fellowship hall.

Bingham is a well-known pastor and speaker in Baptist life and has been honored for his leadership in racial reconciliation ministry.

"We're very honored to be hosting Dr. Bingham. He is a much sought speaker, and we invite the public to attend. Prepare to be challenged when you hear Dr. Bingham's preaching," stated John Chowning, pastor of Saloma Baptist.

The community as well as members and friends of the church are encouraged to attend.
