Though they voted last month to keep it open, magistrates heard from more Taylor County landowners in favor of closing a portion of Cat Hollow Road.
Four Taylor County landowners expressed their thoughts on the decision at Tuesday's special Fiscal Court meeting. The Court's original Dec. 11 meeting date was rescheduled due to the inauguration of Gov. Steve Beshear.
According to Kentucky's Open Meetings and Records Laws, discussion and action at all special meetings must be limited to items listed on the meeting's agenda.
