Restaurant inspections for Nov. 9

The following restaurants were inspected by the Lake Cumberland District Health Department using the scale below.

- 85 to 100, pass inspection.

- 70 to 84, restaurant must be reinspected within 30 days.

- Less than 70, a suspension of permit notice is sent to owner; if owner doesn't reply within 10 days, the permit will be revoked and the restaurant will be closed.

- ABC Child Care of West Main Street in Campbellsville received a health code score of 100, citing no violations.

- A Child's Work Place LLC of West Main Street in Campbellsville received a health code score of 97, citing two violations. Potentially hazardous raw shell eggs and uncooked hamburger were stored next to or above ready-to-eat bacon and celery in a refrigerator and no hair restraints were worn during food preparation.

- Dollar Tree #2541 of Campbellsville Bypass in Campbellsville received a health code score of 96, citing two violations. Food display/storage wasn't 6 inches off the floor and a reach-in ice cream freezer was in need of defrosting.

- Kroger #403 of East Broadway in Campbellsville received a retail health code score of 96 and a food health code score of 99, citing five violations. Digital thermometers in multiple coolers/freezers were in poor repair, floors in a walk-in meat cooler weren't clean, a knife storage area wasn't clean, disposable cleaning pads weren't disposed of after use and boxes in a walk-in freezer were stored on the floor.

- Café Bonin of East Main Street in Campbellsville received a health code score of 100, citing no violations.

- Huddle House of Campbellsville Bypass in Campbellsville received a health code score of 97, citing two violations. Scoops in a food preparation area weren't stored with the handles up and a soap dispenser in a food preparation area was in poor repair.

- Burger King of Campbellsville Bypass in Campbellsville received a health code score of 100, citing no violations.
