Several Campbellsville residents were recently indicted in Marion County. Indicted were:
• Richard E. England Jr., 53, of 732 Palestine Road, was charged with DUI, his fourth or subsequent offense, driving on a license suspended for DUI and failure to or improper signal. Bond was set at $15,000 and he was ordered to not consume any drugs or alcohol.
• Suzanne G. Erhardt, 26, of 8310 St. Joe Road, was charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug supplies and possession of marijuana. Bond was set at 10 percent of $10,000.
• Daniel O. Richardson, 61, of 222 Douglas St., was charged with first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree fleeing/evading police, DUI, resisting arrest, speeding, having his rear license plate not illuminated, failure to or improper signal, improper start from a parked position, failure to produce insurance card and third-degree criminal mischief. Bond was set at $15,000.
