A Campbellsville man has been charged with selling drugs in indictments recently unsealed by a Taylor Circuit Court judge.
David Shawn Summers, 36, of 204 S. Court St., was charged in four separate indictments with four counts of second-degree selling a controlled substance, all second offenses.
Bond was set at $15,000, $15,500, $16,000 and $16,500. If convicted in all four cases, Summers could be sentenced to as much as 40 years in prison.
A grand jury can seal an indictment when there is a possibility that the accused will try to evade police.
