A Campbellsville man has been arrested and charged with selling drugs.
Thomas Marcum Grammer II, 25, of 1898 Old Lebanon Road, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 28.
According to Grammer's arrest citation, Campbellsville Police Sgt. Shannon Wilson received a complaint of someone possibly driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Wilson made contact with Grammer as he was walking near a gas station. Records state that Grammer failed several field sobriety tests. Wilson arrested Grammer and charged him with DUI.
After the arrest, Wilson searched Grammer and found he had a pill container that had about 15 pills inside. Court records state that Wilson also found a clamp with residue on it that he suspected was used to crush pills.
Records state that Grammer told Wilson the pills didn't belong to him and someone else would pay him to deliver the pills.
Wilson also found $192 in Grammer's wallet, which was collected as evidence.
Grammer was also charged with third-degree selling a controlled substance and possession of drug supplies.
Bond was set at $1,000 cash. Grammer is expected to appear in Taylor District Court on Nov. 18 for arraignment.
