A Campbellsville man has been arrested and charged with growing marijuana after he was allegedly found with 44 plants.
According to a Taylor County Sheriff's report, deputies received information on Sunday that Bobby G. Akin, 56, of 145 Akin Lane, had marijuana growing in a building on Joe Kerr Road, near where he was staying.
After an investigation, the report states, deputies found the 44 plants along with processed marijuana and items to grow the marijuana inside the home.
