A Campbellsville man has been arrested and charged with abusing a young child.
Robert T. Moore, 22, of 710 High Pine St., was arrested Friday, July 19, at 8:13 p.m.
According to Moore's arrest warrant, he allegedly struck a 3-year-old boy on his behind with a clothes hanger. The boy was injured and bruised as a result, court records state.
Moore was charged with first-degree criminal abuse.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge in Taylor District Court on Monday, July 22.
Campbellsville Police Officer Brian Morgan investigated.
