Resident accused of intentionally causing crash

A Campbellsville man has been arrested and charged after he allegedly struck another vehicle intentionally.

Byron Hash, 58, of 3322 Smith Ridge Road, was arrested Saturday, July 7, at 11:09 a.m.

According to Hash's arrest warrant, Hash was traveling west on KY 210 on May 21 and allegedly struck another vehicle intentionally. The collision caused both vehicles to lose control, the warrant states, and a three-vehicle crash resulted.

Hash was charged with two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment. The charge is a Class D felony punishable by as much as five years in prison.

Bond was set at $2,000 cash. Hash is scheduled to be arraigned in Taylor District Court on Monday, July 30.
