Campbellsville Middle School fell to Raceland 50-28 in the Class A State semi-finals on Saturday in Lexington.
Sixth-grader DeSean VanCleave was the Eagles’ Offensive Player of the Game with a rushing touchdown and a 46-yard receiving touchdown from Arick Groves.
Groves also had an 84-yard kick-off return for a score and Stone Williams had a rushing touchdown.
Devonte Cubit made both two-point conversions.
Micah Corley was CMS’ Defensive Player of the Game.
The Eagles finish their gridiron slate with an 8- worksheet.
