Taylor County will soon become home to six wooden paintings of quilt patterns adorning the sides of area barns.
Marilyn Clarke, executive director of the Taylor County Tourism Commission, said she learned about the "Quilt Block Design on Rural Barns" project when she attended a recent workshop in Burkesville.
