Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for rent, late fees and damages, $1,500 and $91 in court costs. On 8/27/10 a judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $1,400, interest and $91 in court costs.

10-S-045, filed 6/23/10; Donald Wayne Cox of Stewarts Lane in Campbellsville v. James and Jaime Seal of North Jackson in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendants owed for rent, late fees and damages, $1,435 and $91 in court costs. On 8/27/10 a default judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $1,435, interest and $141 in court costs.

10-S-051, filed 7/26/10; Ricky Pelton of Mid Dale Lane in Louisville v. Phillip and Cindy Underwood of Riggs Road in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for tax bill, $500 and $143.50 in court costs. On 8/27/10 a default judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $143.50 in court costs and interest.

Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for services rendered, $250 and interest. On 9/3/10 the plaintiff dismissed the claim because it has been paid in full.

Plaintiff alleged defendants owed for punitive damages, identity fraud, court costs and interest and sought judgment declaring plaintiff doesn't owe money. On 2/3/09 the plaintiff voluntarily dismissed the claim against 1st Financial Bank with prejudice. On 6/26/09 the plaintiff voluntarily dismissed the claim against Citibank, Citicorp Credit Service Inc. with prejudice. On 6/14/10 the plaintiff voluntarily dismissed the claims against Steven Ball Sr., Brenda Ball, Med 1st of Middleton, Aspirecard.com Inc. and Discover with prejudice. On 6/28/10 any remaining claims were dismissed without prejudice for lack of prosecution.
