• 12-S-056, filed 9/18/12; Alex Montgomery Inc. of Meader Street in Campbellsville v. Joseph Powers and Jennifer Sherrard of Taylor Avenue in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed $2,500 and $141 in court costs. On 10/19/12 a default judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $591.58, interest and $141 in court costs.

Eviction

• 12-C-387, filed 11/8/12; Amanda Gabehart of Gidget Trail in Campbellsville v. Carla Wilson of High Pine in Campbellsville. Eviction notice served 11/14/12.

Circuit Civil Settled

• 07-CI-245, filed 7/10/07; Richard A. Williamson v. Shannon Parker nka Lee of Clara Lane in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for child support, medical expenses, attorney's fees, interest and court costs. On 10/24/12 an agreed order was entered dismissing the claim because it has been settled.

• 08-CI-547, filed 11/13/08; Kentucky Association of Counties Worker's Compensation Fund, as subrogee of Taylor Fiscal Court v. Morris Beard of Geneva, Fla. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for worker's compensation benefits and damages in collision and court costs. On 10/10/12 an agreed order was entered dismissing the claim with prejudice.

• 08-CI-596, filed 12/12/08; Lonnie Farmer v. United Manufactured Homes LLC of New Columbia Road in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for damages, punitive damages, attorney's fees, interest and court costs. On 10/3/11 United Manufactured Homes filed a third-party complaint against Joann and Stacy Bennett, Giles Family Holdings, Dwayne Lloyd, Junior Pickett and John Doe defendants. On 10/31/12 an agreed order was entered dismissing the claim with prejudice because it has been settled.
