• 12-CI-319, filed 8/23/12; CACH LLC v. Jennifer L. and Paul G. Harmon of Lebanon Avenue in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendants owed on account, $10,906.45, interest and court costs. On 10/23/12 an agreed judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $10,906.45, interest and court costs.

• 12-CI-343, filed 9/14/12; Capital One N.A. of Richmond, Va. v. Amy M. Paraniuk of Wildwood Way in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed $5,397.36, interest and court costs. On 11/1/12 the claim was dismissed without prejudice.
