Small Claims Settled

• 14-S-004, filed 2/3/14; Madonna Russell of Meadow Creek Road in Campbellsville v. Leon Nelson of Palestine Road in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for money paid for work that wasn't completed, $2,500 and $91 in court costs. On 3/31/14 the plaintiff dismissed the claim with prejudice because it has been paid.

Circuit Civil Settled

• 09-CI-343, filed 8/18/09; Timothy Belton v. Kraft Foods Global Inc. of Louisville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for damages when plaintiff ate a peanut that contained a rock, interest, court costs and attorney's fees. On 5/19/14 an agreed order was entered dismissing the claim with prejudice because it has been settled.
