Colton’s Steak House & Grill of Campbellsville Bypass in Campbellsville received a health code score of 100 citing no violations.

Utensils used for food breading and flour mixture were stored with handle in mixture, single service forks and knives were stored on the floor under front counter, floor under equipment in kitchen area wasn’t clean and ceiling tiles throughout were water damaged.
