• 12-CI-191, filed 5/15/12; United Citizens Bank of Southern Kentucky of Columbia v. Merlin T. Wayne of Burdick School Road in Campbellsville. On 7/20/12 the City of Campbellsville filed a counterclaim for an unpaid 2005 tax bill, $73.34, a 2006 bill, $72.58, a 2007 bill, $72.96, a 2009 bill, $72.58, a 2010 bill, $72.58, a 2011 bill, $72.58, court costs and interest. On 7/24/12 Taylor County filed a counterclaim for an unpaid 2011 tax bill, $255.24, penalties and interest. On 9/13/12 Campbellsville Independent Schools filed a counterclaim for an unpaid 2006 tax bill, $196.36, a 2009 bill, $206.41, a 2010 bill, $214.71, a 2011 bill, $218.21, interest and court costs. On 10/9/12 Taylor County Bank filed a counterclaim for non-payment of a promissory note, interest and court costs. On 3/19/14 a default judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $264.95, $100 in administrative fees, $238.50 and $1,800 in attorney's fees, court costs, interest and the sale of property.

• 12-CI-409, filed 11/13/12; Herlindo Toj Suar v. Casey Statham of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Campbellsville. Plaintiff sought the transfer of vehicle titles, compensation, court costs and attorney's fees. On 3/12/14 a judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $3,700 and interest.

• 13-CI-031, filed 1/24/13; Tonya Rowland v. Juan L. Saucedo of Versailles and Affordable Used Cars of Nicholasville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for damages in collision, medical expenses, pain and suffering, lost wages, attorney's fees and court costs. On 11/25/13 Saucedo filed a counterclaim for damages, court costs and attorney's fees. On 3/6/14 a default judgment was rendered for the plaintiff against Affordable Used Cars in an amount to be determined and interest.

• 13-CI-176, filed 5/10/13; Spring View Hospital LLC v. Jonha K. Ward of Knifley Road in Elk Horn. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for services rendered, $7,230, court costs and attorney's fees. On 3/4/14 a judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $7,230 and $197.35 in court costs.

• 13-CI-268, filed 8/5/13; Asset Acceptance LLC of Warren, Mich. v. Elizabeth A. Hamilton of Cherwood Drive in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed on account, $23,382.88, interest, court costs and $707.19 in interest. On 3/4/14 a default judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $23,382.88, interest and court costs.

• 13-CI-335, filed 9/26/13; Gladys Gore v. Department of Medicaid Services. Plaintiff sought reinstatement of benefits. On 3/19/14 the claim was dismissed.

• 13-CI-372, filed 10/25/13; Discover Bank c/o DB Servicing Corp. of New Albany, Ohio v. Stephen B. Blakeman of Old U.S. 68 in Campbellsville.
