Circuit Civil Settled

• 12-CI-357, filed 9/27/12; Brian Keith Moran v. Dennis L. and Alma J. Brinley, individually and dba Green River Marina Houseboat, Green River Marina LLC and Lone Valley Road Campbellsville Sales of Lone Valley Road in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendants owed for damages in fall and court costs. On 6/2/14 an agreed order was entered dismissing the claim with prejudice.

• 13-CI-006, filed 1/9/13; DH Capital Management Inc. of Prospect v. Simon J. Raymond of Shiloh Road in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed $6,555.83, interest, court costs and attorney's fees. On 6/2/14 a summary judgment was rendered for the defendant, dismissing the claim with prejudice.

• 13-CI-355, filed 10/10/13; United Citizens Bank of Southern Kentucky of Jamestown Street in Columbia v. Billy Osborne and Lisa Osborne of Hedgespeth Road in Campbellsville, unknown spouses, American Fiber Optics Inc., Jesse M. Kincheloe of Shreveport Drive in Campbellsville and Taylor County. Plaintiff alleged Billy Osborne owed for non-payment of promissory note, $3,126.87, interest, court costs, attorney's fees and the sale of property. Plaintiff alleged Billy Osborne and American Fiber Optics Inc. owed for non-payment of promissory note, $87,042.74 and Billy Osborne and Lisa Osborne owed for non-payment of promissory note, $205,722.04. On 10/28/13 Taylor County filed a counterclaim for an unpaid 2013 tax bill, $1,709.64, interest and penalties. On 6/4/14 a judgment was rendered for the plaintiff against Billy Osborne, $3,275.77, $80,888.62, $213,162.76, interest, late charges and $1,680 in attorney's fees. A judgment was also rendered for the plaintiff against Lisa Osborne, $213,162.76, late charges, interest and $1,680 in attorney's fees. And a judgment was rendered for the plaintiff against American Fiber Optics, $80,888.62, interest, late charges and $1,680 in attorney's fees, taxes and the sale of property.

• 13-CI-400, filed 11/19/13; MidFirst Bank of Oklahoma City, Okla. v. Amber D. Kendall aka Boils of Amber Lane in Campbellsville and unknown executor, administrator, heirs and devisees to the estate of Catherine E. Wilson of Davis Street in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged non-payment of promissory note, $53,540.04, late fees, attorney's fees, court costs, advances and the sale of property. On 5/21/14 a judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $53,540.04, interest, attorney's fees, late charges, court costs and the sale of property.

• 14-CI-007, filed 1/9/14; Mundaca Financial Services LLC of Brentwood, Tenn. v. Primera Financial Services Inc. of Fort Campbell, Community First Bank of Frankfort and Taylor County. Plaintiff alleged defendants owed for unpaid 2007 tax bill, $1,104.38, $165.60 in interest, $115 in administrative fees, $700 in attorney's fees and $13 in assignment recording costs, an unpaid 2009 bill, $818.11, $302.66 in interest, $115 in administrative fees, $25 in assignment preparation fees and $13 in assignment recording costs, an unpaid 2010 bill, $841.24, $210.25 in interest, $115 in administrative fees, $441.65 in attorney's fees, $25 in assignment preparation fees, $13 in assignment recording costs and $883.30 in attorney's fees, and an unpaid 2011 bill, $525.27, $68.37 in interest, $115 in administrative fees, $420.46 in attorney's fees and $13 in assignment recording costs. On 5/22/14 a judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $1,104.38 for the unpaid 2007 tax bill, $165.60 in interest, $115 in administrative fees, $700 in attorney's fees and $13 in assignment recording costs, $818.11 for the unpaid 2009 tax bill, $302.66 in interest, $115 in administrative fees, $25 in assignment preparation fees and $13 in assignment recording costs, $841.24 for the unpaid 2010 tax bill, $210.25 in interest, $115 in administrative fees, $441.65 in attorney's fees, $25 in assignment preparation fees, $13 in assignment recording costs and $883.30 in attorney's fees, and $525.27 for the unpaid 2011 tax bill, $68.37 in interest, $115 in administrative fees, $420.46 in attorney's fees and $13 in assignment recording costs.

• 14-CI-012, filed 1/15/14; Osiris Holdings LLC of Manchester, Md. v. Wayne Mikel of Anna Court in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed $8,690.63, interest and court costs. On 5/19/14 a default judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $8,690.63, interest and court costs.

• 14-CI-082, filed 4/5/13 in Adair Circuit Court; CDL Training Service of Missouri LLC dba MTC v. Jeremy W. Wolford of Sportsman Lake Road in Campbellsville and Almon Wolford Road in Columbia. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed on contract, $5,850, interest, court costs and $877.50 in attorney's fees. The claim was transferred to Taylor Circuit Court on 3/19/14. On 5/19/14 a default judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $5,850, interest and court costs.
