Circuit Civil Settled

• 13-CI-184, filed 5/17/13; Kathy L. McElroy of West Finley Ridge Road in Campbellsville v. Justin T. Hayes of Peachtree Circle in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for damages in collision totaling more than $5,000 and court costs. On 6/17/14 an agreed order was entered dismissing the claim with prejudice.

• 13-CI-212, filed 6/19/13; Orville Smith v. Kentucky Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Co. of Louisville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for loss of property claim and sought fair market value, court costs and attorney's fees. On 6/19/14 an order was entered dismissing the claim without prejudice.

• 13-CI-321, filed 9/17/13; Samuel Robinson and Mary E. Robinson of Old Columbia Road in Campbellsville v. Paul Haskins and Paul Haskins Jr. of Roberts Road in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendants owed for rent and utilities, $5,549.73, court costs and attorney's fees. On 6/23/14 an agreed order was entered dismissing the claim with prejudice.

• 14-CI-008, filed 1/9/14; Forcht Bank N.A. of Campbellsville v. Gregory A. Evans and Diana L. Evans of Smith Ridge Road in Campbellsville, unknown spouses and Taylor County. Plaintiff alleged non-payment of promissory note, $59,067.74, late fees, interest, court costs, attorney's fees and the sale of property. On 6/19/14 a default judgment was rendered for the plaintiff against Gregory Evans, $58,886.11, interest, court costs, attorney's fees and a lien on the property. Also on 6/19/14 an agreed judgment was rendered for the plaintiff against Diana Evans, $58,886.11, interest, court costs, attorney's fees and the sale of property.

• 14-CI-104, filed 4/9/14; Ronald Robinson and Freedom Duvais v. Kenneth Neat and Doug Neat of U.S. 127 in Russell Springs. Plaintiff alleged defendants owed for damage to home, $10,875, interest, court costs and attorney's fees. On 6/23/14 a default judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $10,875.

• 14-CI-145, filed 5/9/14; Consumer Portfolio Services Inc. aka CPS of Irvine, Calif. v. Michael Benedict of Camelback Drive in Campbellsville. Plaintiff sought order declaring it owner of a vehicle. On 6/25/14 an order was entered stating the plaintiff owns the vehicle.

• 14-CI-152, filed 5/19/14; Lindsey Wilson College v. Janis M. Harmon of Whites Court in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed on account, $3,646.91, interest, court costs and attorney's fees. On 6/12/14 a default judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $3,646.91, interest, court costs and attorney's fees.

• 14-CI-180, filed 6/18/14; Jason Montgomery of Greensburg Road in Campbellsville v. Bluegrass Army Depot of Battlefield Highway in Richmond. Plaintiff sought petition declaring him owner of motorcycles and for them to be transferred to him. On 6/24/14 an agreed order was entered stating the plaintiff owns the motorcycles and Taylor County Clerk's office staff members are to transfer them to him.
