District Civil Settled

• 10-C-205, filed 4/27/10; Capital One Bank (USA) NA v. Jeannie M. Mitchell of Greensburg Road in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed on account, $1,274.54, interest, court costs and $191.18 in attorney's fees. On 5/28/13 a default judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $1,274.54, interest and court costs.

Circuit Civil Settled

• 07-CI-300, filed 8/24/07; Anita Judd, administrator with the will annexed of Arnie Judd, deceased v. State Auto Property and Casualty Insurance Co. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for damages, injuries, pain and suffering and court costs. On 5/30/13 an agreed order was entered dismissing the claim with prejudice.
